(re)Wandering in Berlin: Street Art Masters #1

This can be seen as an attempt to recover the reality of space and the pleasure of real exploration in the urban context where most of us actually live or travel to. It belongs to a series of personal immersions that are explained and listed here. You can download the GPS track and its tags/waypoints from Google Maps.

Street Art Masters #1, Kreuzberg-Schöneberg, Berlin, Germany

Distance: 4.7 km – Total climb: 54 m – Total descent: 54 m – Duration: 1:21 hrs

It is as if the most spectacular street art in Berlin was generated by a powerful explosion from Urban Nation, the “impossible museum” where our trail ends. The works of Shepard Fairey, Jadore Tong, Blek le Rat, Alo, Cranio, and many others can’t be confined within 4 walls, yet a final visit to the gallery is a must.

Tags/waypoints reveal the key features of the wandering without being too much of a spoiler. This, like all the other trails, is more enjoyable in good weather and daylight.
